Nice quiet place. Both the landlord and maintenance (Rae and Steve) are super nice. My apartment is in great shape. The only thing I don't enjoy is having people living directly above me with a pet. You can hear the dog barking and scratching the floor all the time.
These apartments are as luxury as it gets until you meet the ghoul of a woman managing the property, Ray. She is rude, condescending and unhelpful. The epitome of a lazy landlord collecting a check every month and letting their tenants rot. I will update this note every now and then to keep it relevant because I feel so strongly against them

We’ve been here since the year after they were built.
Fantastic apartments. Very clean, well maintained. Would recommend them wholeheartedly.
