I have to share my opinion by my own experience. There is a receptionist at checkin that is very rude. But be careful , the doctor will not agree with you the patient if you complain about her. Instead he will go openly against you !! ( never seen ). They forgot about that the free of speach exist in the US constitution and you have the right to share your opinion and your right to don’t allow anyone to be disrespectful, I am not the only one having that experience , there is more people with same complain !!
Rude and doesn't want to do his job. Should not be an specialist.
I have been seeing Dr Baker for 5 years and have seen nothing but highly respectful service, exceptionally timely in keeping appointments, and very responsive in call-backs.
