They confirmed that they were able to service my RV and charged me. The day before the service they called me to explain that the employee who helped me was unaware that they did not have the “manpower” to serve my RV, which is weird because they did it two weeks ago. I had them come drain our septic tank, they got right out and the price was good. I also needed a portable toilet for a small private event and they were hundreds cheaper than some of their competition!
These guys were so enormously helpful to me in a time of need. They were compassionate and offered me the services I need when literally EVERY ORHER septic company said no. I’m a fan for life!
We received a postcard from Baker Septic for $25 off pumping. We called them up and they answered and we made an appointment for them to come out. They came out and pumped our tank. We asked for an inspection of the system and they charged $75 for the inspection. Within 24 hours our septic alarm was going off and our system was not functioning.
