I have lived here almost 2 years. I am moving at the end of next month. There are a few reasons. 1.) The building maintenance had gone way down, it used to be nice, but I walk down the stairs and there is food on the stairs and right by the front door. Ants gathering by the door. 2.) Smoking in the building. Every day when I come home I smell cigarette Smoke. And I know that my next door neighbor smokes pot in the house, it comes through the vent in my bathroom. 3.) If I could give this place a zero I would. Management is horrible all these people saying management is good are simply lying. They fired one of the maintenance lady Michelle Martinez and since then this place has been horrible.
About a month ago the managers decided to fire the best maintenance person we have had for the past four years and now I have numerous pictures of how the property grounds have been cared for in the past month and it's horrendous! Really wish they wouldn't have got rid of Michelle Martinez as maintenance groundskeeper she did everything that needed to be done when it needed to be done I don't understand the issue now there has been pooped bags all stuffed in the trash cans piled high and falling on the ground... I called the office on Wednesday to see about extermination and Angelica was rather unprofessional and quite rude she hung up w/out saying goodbye I called back and asked if we were done with our conversation because she didn't say goodbye 😞 she said she said goodbye I never heard it all she did was cut me off and hang up on me 😤 I let her know that the apartments haven't been treated since the 1st year they opened cause that's when I moved in she made it sound like it was my fault that there was a bug or 2 sighted since I... read more
