Multiple calls to reception requesting to schedule an appointment resulted in being routed to a paralegal. Paralegal did not return multiple calls over a week and a half period. Apparently they have plenty of clients.
She is SO rude and does not care. 😒
Would not recommend to anyone. TERRIBLE communication and Mrs. Baker is the rudest person we have ever dealt with. Very unprofessional and did not show one ounce of compassion nor support for us. Her own clients! Every meeting was like starting completely over and wasted so much of our time. She was lost and very untinterested.
