Our warranty company uses this company. We were having some issues with our a/c. Through the company we were referred to them again. Kevin came out explained things to me. Told me we were short 2 pounds of freon. Offered $750 to fill it or he could replace it with some other kind of freon for a cheaper price. The technician called and asked if he could come earlier because other customers didn’t answer for their appointments. I should have known then it wasn’t going to go well. My appointment was scheduled for 1 pm and he called around 10:30. I told him I would try to get back home around 11, as I was finishing up my nail appointment. I Had multiple issues with the service department opening my mom’s pool this year. I spoke with the owner who called me back same day as our issue; he was defensive about how my mom should have been supervising and telling the pool tech where the parts go for the ladder and pump. She doesn’t know- that’s why she hired the help? Anyways got them promptly resolved after the weekend but the second tech was condescending too. That’s what you can expect!
