Pretty disappointed. Hired them to replace a pool pump and then close the pool. Communication between the owner and other staff was so confusing. I have emails from the owner saying they can do water cleaning/treatment yet when i went to the store to get the water tested he changed his mind and said they wouldnt do the cleaning. One guy would call me one day, another would call the other day, nobody talked to each other in the office. Our warranty company uses this company. We were having some issues with our a/c. Through the company we were referred to them again. Kevin came out explained things to me. Told me we were short 2 pounds of freon. Offered $750 to fill it or he could replace it with some other kind of freon for a cheaper price.
