Outstanding service and Excellent Food!
Food was okay not great
"Customer service" is an absolute embarrassment, ESPECIALLY Becca! I had called to make a reservation, since the online reservation portal was down. The gentleman I spoke with said he was only able to take the reservation in person and had also mentioned that the online portal was down. So after arriving I had to wait additional time to be seated because apparently it is rocket science to take my name and number via telephone. OK, I know I will get flax for this but, the chicken salad is sweet. Yuck. I mean, why? It must be a Carolina thing. I'm a transplant so I'm not used to eating sweet food that would be savory in my hometown. Service was exceptional. Atmosphere, is always lovely. Hand made chips- big no- so hard I couldn't eat at all. I will try something new next time. As I love New Bern. ❤️
