No one has came to my apartment 1401 to repair anything. I have black mold in the ceiling of my bedroom. The carpet in the bedroom feels damp when you walk on it. The dry wall is peeling due to a leak from the roof that came down through the wall of the tenant above me 4 months ago. I'm disabled. I'm having neck surgery next Wed, Aug 2nd due to 3 ruptured disc's in my neck. I'm home everyday. At least 1 of my family members comes and stays overnight to help me.
