I would avoid Baker Residential at all costs. The whole process from start to finish has been an absolute nightmare and has caused major distress for our family. The issues include poor quality, breach of contract, failed design process, and bait/switch sale tactics. I needed a ******* for a kitchen sink clog . The gentlemen showed up with nothing but a plunger . He tried that for about fifteen minutes and then told me he couldnt fix it . Im like what . Do you not have a plan B .He told me his snake was broken . I told him well I guess I need to call a ******* . Well I took off work for nothing that day . I called **** ****** up and they had it all fixed up and working like a dream within a hour .
This company built the houses with cheap materials, from windows, roof and walls and countertops. I have a home built by them. Within 6 years, the windows, the roof and retaining walls are falling apart.
Would never buy a home built by them after talking to friends who moved to ******** in **********, NY. NEVER!!!
My experience with this company has not been a good one. First, let me say I have all emails and voicemails proving my claims. Second, I believe people do not tell the true story of their experiences with fear that they will not be able to resell their property.
