Would give them no stars if I could. Poor communication after contract signed. Never knew when anyone would be on sight unless you hounded your salesman. Had we not had someone at home everyday to watch what was being done our pool would not have been done as promised. They did fix our pool steps that they did not do correctly, but only after having to prove that by just spraying their gemstone over crappy concrete work would not solve our problem. Hands down the best pool building experience we could have asked for and more! We liked how Luke got to know our family first and then used that knowledge to help us design our perfect pool. We enjoyed the entire process and they never let us down. Would definitely recommend them to others!
I am very disappointed at Baker Pools! My husband and I are still waiting for them to fix it , or I mean to finish the pool as they agreed to do.. We were charged extra to have my pool with a swim jet... they said, yes, we can do it! The pool was finished, and we were excited to test the swim jet, but it doesn't work... still waiting... we haven't heard from them a year ago... in addition the pool looks beautiful and nice,,, but when you are into de pool , the walls and the seats are too rough , that scratch my legs, and... read more
