We had Baker Pool build our in-ground pool in 2024, including an automatic pool cover. Everything worked well initially, but this season the cover began to fail and eventually reached the point where we could no longer open or close it. After investigating the problem, Baker determined that there were issues with components of the original cover system as well as the drainage in the cover vault. Baker and Flora Landscaping have left unfinished work for three years and when asked about it every year, they promise to complete the work but never actually corrected it. We were then sent an invoice. When we called to address the invoice, we were directed to Danielle Vodicka who was condescending. This has not been the first time we have dealt with this Danielle. I can’t speak to their pool installation skills but I can speak to them kicking up large rocks all over the highway and cracking my windshield. There was a TON of loose rocks flying off the back of their truck. This is indicative of a company that doesn’t seem to care as long as all the damage is behind them and on other vehicles. DO BETTER! Absolutely ridiculous. UPDATE - I have video from multiple angles and photos thanks to dash cams of the truck’s company name and the rocks falling off. It is without a doubt your vehicle... read more
