Billy was tremendous.
I had a plumbing emergency yesterday, picture water pouring out of the line to the toilet in your primary bathroom as you completely panic because the shut off valve is stuck. I called Helen at Baker Plumbing and she was so informative, compassionate and calm. She helped me get the situation under control and even though her team was very busy she was able to get someone out to us in less than 2 hours on a Friday!
