Been camping at Baker as a large family, ten sites plus, for four years now. Great place to gather. Quiet time at 10pm is tough to comply with as a large group. Great beaches, walk trails, bathrooms. Early risers get the clean shower. Plan ahead - the place fills up on weekends.
Great place for everyone of all ages alot of activities to do
This park is a gem for snow shoeing. It is never crowded and offers deep woods trails that wind along the lakeshores and gentle hills. I recommend parking at the Horse Trail parking lot off of Homestead Trail and exploring the trails from there. Don’t be afraid to follow the narrow and less manicured trails. A big plus is that they even have a restroom at the horse trailer parking lot. Enjoy!
This entrance isn't bad. There may even still be a geocache located here. :-)
