I had to wait 2 mos for an appt only to find out JPS no longer used there services,they never informed me till I arrived for my fitting that was canceled. Very unprofessional. Not recommended 😕
Just don’t do it! My son’s brace was broken I had it fitted I called back 3 weeks and 2 days later and they didn’t even send it off. Not only did they not send it off to be made they didn’t even tell me my 4 year old cries when he doesn’t have a brace. Now I had to go to a different office to get a fitting and my son will be without his brace for another 3 weeks because they waited 3 weeks
