Uptown optomitry is part of this eye care and are awful. Absolutely atrocious customer service. They have so little care for their patients that they do not call them to update any information. They text me to remind me of me appointment, I even called earlier in the day to double check my appointment time. At NO point did any staff member make me aware they they were not direct billing and I would have to pay out of pocket. They cost me a day off of work and a babysitter.
