(correction) Went to Baker American Cycle on Hope mills Rd Fayetteville NC with my 2012 GL1800 to get a safety check done for registration, didn't even know it was free. after the inspection the gentleman that inspected the bile told me he failed me because of a rear rotor an front tire, replacement needed, never bothered to ask me if I wanted to replace the front tire and schedule the rear rotor to be changed, just blatantly stated I'm going to have to fail you. I haven't had the best experience with Baker as there were sales guys that was cocky and full of themselves, but when Seth Wilbourne reached out to me he took care of me big time on a Grom sale I was super impressed! He gave me an awesome tour of the store showing me where to get parts, accessories and if I needed work on my bikes where to go for a good deal! From the first phone call and visit to the delivery of my new Rocket III Storm GT, I had an amazing experience. Tyler did a fantastic job as the sales person, communicating every step of the way, introducing me to the rest of the team, taking me on a (chilly) test drive, and walking me through the process.
