Tommy Baker has proven to represent an underhanded repair shop. The incompetence caused colossal damage to my ride. Attempting to discuss the issues with the service manager was equal to having an exchange with an adolescent. In the end a real headache and financial loss caused by repugnant individuals.
I went in for my second car purchase from Baker as my last experience was very positive - I really liked working with them last time. I had a pretty good idea of what I was looking for and told the salesman this. The salesman was very helpful and really made me feel comfortable. I was also introduced to another sales manager and a finance agent who were also very helpful and flexible when it came to price.
