I had the worst experience with Simon, who said that he owns the place and he can say and treat customers however he wants to. We said that we want to do a test drive before deciding on a car and he said there is no point of us doing a test drive if we are not buying it. We were pretty set on buying Santa fe but because of the experience we walked away and Simon was so arrogant and egoistic. I was in utter shock seeing the way he treated customers.

Picked up my new Hyundai Kona this week. This is my second Hyundai from Bakers and I was extremely happy with the excellent service from placing the order to delivery on both of my vehicles. Communication was great, and service was above and beyond. The follow up call after taking delivery elevated the service and shows their willingness to support their customers even after the deal has been done. Definitely recommend.
The purchase of my new car was a surprisingly positive experience. Simon and Doug were very professional and helpful. Special thanks to Doug who patiently assisted me with a technical issue, much appreciated. I highly recommend Baker Motors sales and service department.
