Hopeless service, asked to open a car on the lot, only to have old mate come back with the wrong keys, We also asked if we could take the car from the lot for a test, only to be refused due to it not having plates, I've worked at dealerships before, there's a thing called a trade plate used for cars without rego. I'm sure another dealership can use the sale you just lost.
I had a wonderful experience purchasing my new Hyundai Santa Fe. Simon was very professional, friendly, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. The car was extremely clean and shiny at delivery, which made the experience even more special.
