I walked in on a Wednesday morning to check out the Kona and, after a test drive, I knew it was the right car for me. From the moment I arrived, Jake was honest, helpful, and great to deal with, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. I was able to pick up the car by Saturday morning, which I really appreciated. Thanks to Jake’s efficiency and transparency, everything moved quickly and seamlessly. I’ll definitely be recommending Hyundai Wodonga and Jake to others.
I had the worst experience with Simon, who said that he owns the place and he can say and treat customers however he wants to. We said that we want to do a test drive before deciding on a car and he said there is no point of us doing a test drive if we are not buying it. We were pretty set on buying Santa fe but because of the experience we walked away and Simon was so arrogant and egoistic. I was in utter shock seeing the way he treated customers.

Picked up my new Hyundai Kona this week. This is my second Hyundai from Bakers and I was extremely happy with the excellent service from placing the order to delivery on both of my vehicles. Communication was great, and service was above and beyond. The follow up call after taking delivery elevated the service and shows their willingness to support their customers even after the deal has been done. Definitely recommend.
