Picked up my new Hyundai Kona this week. This is my second Hyundai from Bakers and I was extremely happy with the excellent service from placing the order to delivery on both of my vehicles. Communication was great, and service was above and beyond. The follow up call after taking delivery elevated the service and shows their willingness to support their customers even after the deal has been done. Definitely recommend.

Hopeless service, asked to open a car on the lot, only to have old mate come back with the wrong keys, We also asked if we could take the car from the lot for a test, only to be refused due to it not having plates, I've worked at dealerships before, there's a thing called a trade plate used for cars without rego. I'm sure another dealership can use the sale you just lost.
I had a wonderful experience purchasing my new Hyundai Santa Fe. Simon was very professional, friendly, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. The car was extremely clean and shiny at delivery, which made the experience even more special. Even though I live in Melbourne, about 350 km away, I still chose to come here because the service was much better. Highly recommend Simon and the team!
