Was not impressed, Used the 800 number, was side tracked to some company trying to "give me " a devise towear around my neck. So I tried the regular (660), andthe first thing out of her mouth, when I ask if they were open all day today was, Quote "Well I'm here by myself and I have someone coming in already. So we should make you an appointment for a later date." I am so glad I chose Baker Memorials for my father’s grave stone. Because I don’t live in the area, all arrangements were done via email, phone and snail mail. Everyone was quite responsive, helpful and patient with me throughout the entire process. Of course I am very happy with the end product; their personal attention meant the world to me during a difficult time.
