We used Baker McCullough- Haven funeral home for the funeral services for my mom’s husband. They had prearranged their services in advance which was nice. I spoke with Tripp and he checked his files and assured the family that everything was taken care of. Tripp, Grace and the rest of the staff did a fantastic job with the visitation, chapel service and graveside. Everyone was very compassionate, patient and professional. 5 stars from our family!!! Thanks to the entire staff.
Very compassionate and empathetic people. Never had an issue. They did everything we asked for during such a difficult time. Tripp and Grace were amazing during the process. Can’t say enough good things about Baker-McCullough. Tripp walked us through everything with such compassion in his heart from the first time I spoke with him. They’ve also checked on us consistently, which is very heartwarming considering the situation.
From the first phone call we made everyone was so kind and helpful. Tripp Hardee made such a hard time in our lives so much easier. He had all the answers to our questions and provided additional information we had not even thought about. He was never in a hurry and always available right away or returning our call within the hour. During the hardest of times when losing a loved one I would definitely call Baker McCullough funeral home.
I can’t begin to say enough about the kindness & empathy that was shown to our family when our father passed away. Tripp Hardee at Baker McCullough was with us every step of the way. He guided us with what we needed to do & gather for dad’s burial and funeral. He showed such compassion from when he came to get dad and after when he met with all of us to plan dad’s funeral so we could honor dad in the way he deserved.
