My wife had a miscarriage and we reached out to Baker McCullough. They were very kind and easy to work with. They coordinated with the hospital to pick up the remains, contacted us to get our baby's name, cremated her and then provided us with a certificate and an urn tucked inside of a teddy bear. I appreciated their thoughtfulness and consideration.
This has by far been the best experience we could have asked for during one of the hardest times of our lives. Everyone was so caring, compassionate, and professional from beginning to end. They made sure we had everything we needed, answered every question, and truly made us feel cared for throughout the entire process. When my mom passed away we knew she wanted Baker McCullough funeral home to take care of her services. Hospice made the phone call for us. They arrived promptly and they were very supportive and respectful to my dad and I. Helped our family with all the details of planning our Mother’s funeral. Very knowledgeable about how to select her casket with no pressure from employees to make another choice. The graveside service was handled with dignity and respect. They also handled the funeral for my Dad in 2003 with the same exceptional service.
