RecommendedVery friendly customer service and clean environment
Poor customer service and finance departments do not stand by what they promised. Once you drive your vehicle off the lot, you're on your own after that. You can't get anyone to return your call. Or will help you resolve your issues. Drive to Hilton Head if you are looking to purchase Infiniti.

Love our Q50 ... but the service is HORRIBLE!!... we’ve been lied to on multiple occasions ! I paid for what I was told to be a 5 year maintenance plan ($2200) with unlimited mileage... what we actually got was about 10 oil changes and now we’re told we no longer have a maintenance plan after less than 3 years... that equates to about $220 an oil change... I understand how they stay in business with that kind profit!!!! Live and Learn, but we will go elsewhere next time... Charles Ellis
