I had a great experience getting my wedding dress altered here! Michelle, who did the alterations, did an amazing job. The dress fit perfectly and was completed in about a month. She was extremely friendly, professional, and easy to work with, which made the whole process stress-free. The pricing was also very fair for the quality of the work. I highly recommend them for wedding or special event alterations!

Highly satisfied new lifetime customer!! I brought my Canada Goose coat in to be cleaned because the previous cleaning company didn’t properly clean and left black marks all over my coat. Took it in to Michelle and they brought my coat back to life! It looked brand new!! They delivered beyond my expectations! Great customer service with smiles as soon as you walk through the door. Every customer that walked through the door they knew their name. Great people and excellent Service. Highly recommend!!
So impressed with this place. Professionalism is unmatched and owner is super friendly. I brought a dress to have altered for a wedding that was my dream dress but wasn’t fitting quite right. I had it taken in, straps shortened, and had the slit extended higher. Prices were super reasonable. I even called requesting if the dress could be picked up earlier and they had it ready the next day and were so accommodating! I live downtown but will be making the trip out here again, it’s worth it!
Best cleaners ever! I have been to several area cleaners through the years and none of them met my expectations and then I came to Baker Hill Cleaners. They exceeded my expectations right from the first time walking in. Clean interior and friendly. They inspected my clothes and made suggestions before I even gave mine and they were spot on. Extremely good at their job...outstanding really. You will not find a better cleaners in the west burbs of Chicago and I am sure beyond. Cannot recommend enough.
