Highly recommend!! Michelle altered my wedding dress and did an absolutely fantastic job. She is very professional. My wedding dress has a lot of complex details and after she altered my dress it looked like the original!! I am very happy with the results and will be coming back for her services! After completing my research. I finally came across the perfect cleaners for my wedding dress. I always base myself on reviews before going anywhere and this place had a lot of great reviews. Every bride wants their dress well preserved. They had amazing customer service, explained the process and took about a month to complete the entire process. So impressed with this place. Professionalism is unmatched and owner is super friendly. I brought a dress to have altered for a wedding that was my dream dress but wasn’t fitting quite right. I had it taken in, straps shortened, and had the slit extended higher. Prices were super reasonable. I even called requesting if the dress could be picked up earlier and they had it ready the next day and were so accommodating! I live downtown but will be making the trip out here again, it’s worth it!
Incredible service! I couldn’t recommend them enough. They were beyond understanding and adaptable to my impulsively and time limitations when it came to a dress alteration I needed to have done for an important wedding I have to attend. All of the staff were amazing and friendly! I particularly appreciate their hours of operation as it allowed me to stop in before and after work making it easy to add into my schedule. Overall a wonderful experience.
I had the honor of getting my son homecoming suit dry cleaned at Baker Hill. As a first time customer I was blown away by how professional the customer service experience was. To top it off the quality of the service is unmatched amongst many others. They gain a new local customer. I highly recommend. You won't be disappointed!!
