Highly satisfied new lifetime customer!! I brought my Canada Goose coat in to be cleaned because the previous cleaning company didn’t properly clean and left black marks all over my coat. Took it in to Michelle and they brought my coat back to life! It looked brand new!! They delivered beyond my expectations! Great customer service with smiles as soon as you walk through the door. Every customer that walked through the door they knew their name. Great people and excellent Service. Highly recommend!!
So impressed with this place. Professionalism is unmatched and owner is super friendly. I brought a dress to have altered for a wedding that was my dream dress but wasn’t fitting quite right. I had it taken in, straps shortened, and had the slit extended higher. Prices were super reasonable. I even called requesting if the dress could be picked up earlier and they had it ready the next day and were so accommodating! I live downtown but will be making the trip out here again, it’s worth it!
I ordered a bridesmaids dress off a website (1st time ever doing this) and ordered my size. Only to get the dress a month later and it did not fit! I couldn't send it back it would take too long for a replacement and I was on borrowed time. Looked up tailors in my area for this cleaners, I went straight to the reviews and saw one about their alterations from a dress too small to a perfect match! Great service every time at Baker Hill Cleaners! My clothes come back perfectly cleaned, and the alterations are impeccable. A good tailor is hard to find so I’m grateful for Michelle’s skills. Always friendly, reliably consistent, and detail-oriented — highly recommend!
The couple that own this shop are absolutely wonderful. Every time I come in, they have bright smiles and kind words. I brought my wedding dress here to be preserved and am very happy I did! My dress is quite large due to the skirt, but it is neatly boxed up and ready to be put away for another time. I highly recommend bringing your wedding dress here! We will be back for other services! 😊
