Highly satisfied new lifetime customer!! I brought my Canada Goose coat in to be cleaned because the previous cleaning company didn’t properly clean and left black marks all over my coat. Took it in to Michelle and they brought my coat back to life! It looked brand new!! They delivered beyond my expectations! Great customer service with smiles as soon as you walk through the door. Every customer that walked through the door they knew their name. Great people and excellent Service. Highly recommend!!
I ordered a bridesmaids dress off a website (1st time ever doing this) and ordered my size. Only to get the dress a month later and it did not fit! I couldn't send it back it would take too long for a replacement and I was on borrowed time. Looked up tailors in my area for this cleaners, I went straight to the reviews and saw one about their alterations from a dress too small to a perfect match! The couple that own this shop are absolutely wonderful. Every time I come in, they have bright smiles and kind words. I brought my wedding dress here to be preserved and am very happy I did! My dress is quite large due to the skirt, but it is neatly boxed up and ready to be put away for another time. I highly recommend bringing your wedding dress here! We will be back for other services! 😊
They did an AMAZING job with my wedding dress. It had stains on the bottom from typical dancing and being outside, but also had a GIANT Taco Bell sauce stain right at the belly button. They got it ALL out and it looks PERFECT! Highly recommend!
The service provided exceeded my expectations. I did not expect this small cleaner to be very accommodating and kind. They answered all my questions and were very helpful. My dress was immaculately clean and I had my wedding dress altered to have the back portion stitched and they did an incredible job. They also accommodated me to brief me on what to do with the stitches and the ties, as to help me on the wedding day. It made everything so smooth for me. I highly recommend this place, worth your every penny!
