UPDATED REVIEW - Baker reached out to me and acknowledged that the $90 trip fee was not disclosed when the appointment was made. They refunded me the $90. I appreciate their integrity. UPDATED REVIEW - I wish my recent experience with Baker was as good as my last one described in my review below, but it was not. I contacted Baker via their website regarding my gas water heater asking if they could come and look at it as it was leaking water. I received an email response pretty quickly with a time they could come by. The technician comes at the planned time and I show him the water heater. I had a heat pump that wasn't cooling. The technician had a replacement capacitor on his truck. He replaced the capacitor, checked the system and had it back running in minutes! Great service and great communication! Thanks Baker Heating and Air Conditioning!
