I’ve been going for 2 years and lately their billing is horrible. You have to be on top of them because they will send adjusted bills for regular visits after copay was established. Copay and deductible are two different things and they clearly don’t understand that.
I had a great experience at Baker Health. Dr. Diana was wonderful, Melissa was incredibly helpful in answering all of my questions, and Emily did a great job drawing my blood and making me feel comfortable. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I never felt rushed and really appreciated how caring the entire staff was. I would definitely recommend Baker Health to anyone looking for excellent medical care
The overall experience was great! Melissa helped check me in and got me a water and conducted my annual screening questionnaire. Then I saw Dr. P who explained to me the questions I asked in words I actually understood. After that Emily took my blood and made sure I had more water for the process as well as explaining to me the doctor’s office membership model. 10/10 would recommend. No wait time even though I was late to my appointment and everything was efficient yet not rushed.
Alena and Melissa are phenomenal! Extremely polite and professional! Dr. Ash was AMAZING as well! Love this place!
