After getting some questionable results from a Pre-Op test at another office, we were referred to Baker & Gilmour in St. Augustine. The office staff worked us in at a moment's notice, repeated the test, and Dr. Pereira even hung around in the late afternoon to read the test. Greatly impressed with everything and everybody!

Excellent surgeons and everyone at the practice very competent and caring-- my mother and father have had multiple procedures and excellent outcomes over the past 2 yrs since moving to St Aug; Fran Tanner especially a great NP - great bedside manner, listens and gives options, explains everything.
