I am extremely impressed with your sales department and their service! I ordered a bearing tool last Sunday and received a call Monday from Matt explaining that it was backordered and could take two weeks. I was a bit bummed but kept the order. Wednesday, I received an email from Emily saying that it had shipped that morning and I would have it by Friday. Just like I was told, I had it Friday. You guys rock!
