I have been using Baker Drivetrain products for quite a few years now on my Harleys. I yet to have any problems with the parts I have used. This is the first complete drivetrain I have bought from them, and I am ready to swap out my leaky ratchet top for the Baker replica. Ordering was super easy, as a sales rep walked me through the options available to ensure I get the right setup for my ‘78 FXS.
Baker Drive train products are not as good as they same. Made in USA is something to be proud of. Baker takes advantage of it! I have had multiple problems with items from Baker that I failed. I understand when using one of their transmissions on a high-performance motorcycle things can fail, but when purchasing such an expensive item from them when they tell you go for it, our stuff is bulletproof. And it doesn’t last 4000 miles and it’s under warranty and they still charge you to fix it. That’s kind of sucky but acceptable... read more
