Rude and not very helpful , have had multiple encounters and if you’re not a service provider with an account, they could care less if they help you.
Wouldn't let me buy what I needed so they could save parts for contractors. My family was without ac and I couldn't get a contractor to come out for 2 weeks. I guess this place hate people being self sufficient. Also has a no firearms allowed sign. Anti American company that deserves to lose business.
Solid experience here while looking for two capacitors and a new condenser fan motor. They were quick to find what I needed and even offered some great tips. This is my new go-to. Thanks everyone at Baker.
