Horrible customer service! I get that you can't give advice to a home owner, but no "I'm sorry or I appligize, unfortunately we are unable to give advise". Just straight into "So, we don't give advice to residential home owners because that's a slippery slope" in condescending tone. I just wanted to know what the part was called and how it functions. You may be an A/c expert, but you sure need some basic customer service skills. It was almost as if you enjoyed turning me away from a purchase, because I'm not an expert.
