This place is completely lacking in good customer service, which is disappointing considering what their own page says: “Our network of dedicated Sales Managers, Sales Center Employees, Customer Support Representatives, and Technical Service Advisors are ready to serve you.” Unfortunately, that couldn’t be further from the truth. Best vendor ever!
Good customer service. The team from the warehouse to the counter, all seem to work hard for the customer across the counter! Much appreciated.
I always find what I need, they are well stocked, the counter sales will go out of their way to help you. Only problem is that they sale a good brand ( ÎCP ) so the branch is busy most of the time
Very nice people! I go there regularly and they always go the extra mile for me and for my employees. I love Icp products and I recommend it thanks God I do not have deal with so many coil leaking problems like I used to do with the othe brand I was working with.
