Purchased a unit from this company, specifically the four Walton Beach location. Fast forward few years later and my outside unit compressor blows up on a Friday night. Being under warranty I thought no big deal. Apparently they sell you the unit but don't have a replacement compressor there. Now I have to wait till Thursday because the next closest location in Jacksonville is hoarding about 200 of them. Crazy how fwb has not 1. Wild work. Maybe for future reference they should keep replacement parts for the units they sell ... read more

I get that this is a Wholesale Distributor. But they won't even talk to you unless you have an account, and they are kind of rude about it. You can only get an account if you have an EPA license, not a legitimate business with a business license. It's a shame because they have plenty of parts that don't require an EPA license.
