Being in business for 38 years I thought it would be no problem setting up a cash account with Baker Dist. We have all the proper licenses and insurance to work in 3 different states. After submitting an application, our company was declined because we are a sole proprietorship. Bakers new policy is they only want to do business with LLC or corporations.
