Products and warranties always taking care of our customers a great experience good lcustomer service and communication is always provided from Warehouse or front office
Worst customer service ever! They have been giving me the run around for an entire week on parts that were missing from a furnace I bought from them. Neil keeps telling me Devon will reach back out to me and haven’t heard from him. I understand I’m not the only customer but a courtesy would be nice.
These guys are never out of the ballpark with their pricing and the service is impeccable. Knowledgeable staff and seems like there's always what you need in stocks. Can't go wrong going to Baker.
Love the knowledge of the workers and always find the equipment I need
