Kaylee was the customer service rep who took my call after hours on a Sunday. She was courteous and made sure she could find a plumber to help with my backed up dishwasher. Andy came out within an hour and half and did a great job and at a fair price. I highly recommend this company and these two great employees!

I typically go to the Sherman branch, Sherman was not able to get what I needed in the short time frame. So I drove over to Denton and the service was excellent here. George and his crew helped load up our equipment and we were in and out very quickly. The Sherman branch has excellent service and these guys are right up there with them on customer service. Would absolutely recommend to others.

My husband with a heavy accent, also a customer of this supply store today experienced one of the most disrespectful experiences we ever had since we moved to this country, he was told by one of the sales reps of this store that he was charging him more for something that my husband regularly buys there because he probably doesn't even have a Driver licence. The gentleman was implying about my husband immigrant status. What a joke...
