They told me twice they had my entire order, both times it was not actually there. Significantly delayed an important repair for a system, I might add, is a HVAC system purchased from here that prematurely failed. It is not an excuse that when both your website, and personnel, both state X item is in stock and it’s not because the “system is wrong come back another time.” That is not an acceptable solution to this issue. Especially when your client feels intentionally misled twice in the same day.
Unloaded me today in 20 minutes. Thanks !
Friendly, professional customer service
Very nice service.
I have done business with this company for 40+ years. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Well-stocked store. The other Baker locations in the region are equally matched.
