I’ve been in the HVAC industry for 33 years and have dealt with all of the other distributors in Houston and surrounding areas and have never had a guy behind the counter behave so rude! I’m talking to the older guy behind the counter and the younger white guy interrupts like I wasn’t even there talking. Didn’t ever say excuse me. We are all grown men here making a living don’t need to have people be so freaking rude even when you’re the distributor of a store. Never buy from these guys if you are not a company....no refunds on unopened sealed merchandise. Not even a 15 % restocking fee to walk it 6 ft to the shelf...btw it was a sealed can of refrigerant oil not an electrical product
