Before coming to this place, I highly recommend avoiding it. The people who serve you are completely lacking in empathy—they are arrogant, deeply disrespectful, and look down on others. They literally laugh in your face. A business like this honestly deserves to be closed permanently. As a business owner myself in the A/C industry, I have never in my life felt so humiliated and poorly treated by two older individuals. Absolutely unacceptable."

Our normal warranty person was out of the office this week, and I needed some help from Baker to track down a part for a customer. Shane at the pompano location was super helpful and really patient with me. Having dealt with a lot of distributors over the years, it was really refreshing to talk to a true professional.
