Great supply house. Everyone at the counter is there to help and very resourceful.
This specific location might actually do good if they replaced everybody at the front desk. Most grumpy and useless HVAC supply house I have ever dealt with.

Great distribution company. Fantastic products, great customer service, and prompt. I think they had a change in management and it shows in all the right ways. The other guys in town (over by Sam's Club) never keep their word, choose who they want to provide good service to, and are completely disorganized. Plus, the manager at the other place seems to be aloof/completely checked out from reality. Baker is great and I will continue to purchase from Baker!
