The level of service and professionalism at this location is extremely disappointing. The current staff appears to be significantly undertrained, and the lack of product knowledge and customer service is unacceptable. We recently contacted the store regarding a simple request for caulking, and the person answering the phone was not even familiar with the product or what was available in their own inventory.
