Experienced an EMERGENCY with a commercial building with customers near closing. Temperatures were 95 plus! The “counter person” was useless. Showed him a pic of AC Label. He couldn’t convert the info to determine what size start capacitor I needed. So I GOOGLED it. Google knows more than their counter person and he was inconsiderate of my emergency.
