My wife trusted this office after being told they accepted my insurance, but that turned out not to be true. I received a surprise bill and had to escalate the issue to the state dental board. Patients deserve accurate information upfront. Customer BEWARE.

Last month, I called Baker Dental Care before scheduling an appointment and specifically asked if they accepted MetLife insurance. I was told “yes,” so I booked my visit. When I arrived, I completed the paperwork and received X-rays and a cleaning. At no point was I told they were out of network with MetLife, nor was I provided with an estimate of what would be done that day or what my out-of-pocket cost would be. I would like to start off with I was absolutely terrified of going to the dentist. BUT!!! Dr.Baker is the man I never felt the first bit of pain even later on that day at home never hurt I had myself all worked up for nothing. I highly recommend Dr.Baker and his practice I’ll never go anywhere else THANK YOU AGAIN
