My son Marcus paid Gil to get his traffic ticket lower so that it doesn’t affect his CDL driving record. Well after paying $600 for retainer my son received a failure to acknowledge or appear in court stating that he had missed his court date. There was no plea signed and sent to the judge before his court date to negotiate the ticket. My son ended up having to pay the $75 ticket anyway because we didn’t trust Gil to do his job.
