This is quite possibly one of the worst businesses I have ever had to deal with. There is no organization, poor leadership, and all around mismanagement. They have no reguard for their customers. They will tell you one thing and then they do something completely different. They are more headache and hassle then they are worth. I just hate that the children of this community have to suffer because these people can't get their act together to run a business. Very disappointed and will never deal with these people ever again.
My son was hurt today at his soccer game. He has played soccer for the Y for 5 seasons, this being his 6th and also other sports, and he absolutely loves it!! I had an ice pack in my cooler for drinks, so I used that. The staff was very attentive, asking if he was ok and if I needed anything to let them know. My son is fine, nothing major. :) Thank you YMCA staff and refs for caring for my child. �
One of my favorite places to be. Good atmosphere, good people, always uplifting.
