My son had his vehicle repaired at Gerber Collision & Glass in Irmo. What should have been a simple process turned into a frustrating 3-month ordeal because of delays and complications from the insurance company — but Matt and Amber kept us informed and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. Their patience never changed, even though I called them so many times throughout the process. The repair work was excellent, and the customer service was just as great! Definitely recommend!
