Bob and Chris came to my house today to clean my chimney. Not only were they ON TIME but they were efficient, friendly, and super professional. From the get-go Chris was very responsive, knowledgeable, and he fit me into his schedule on very short notice. I really appreciated that! We'll be contacting them for all our chimney needs. :-D

Chris and Bob just left my home, and I couldn't be happier with Baker Chimney's service! Everyone was very friendly, and their office is totally on top of scheduling/reminders etc. Our heating system is eventually going to need some work, and Chris patiently described some options in an understandable way, without assuming I'm clueless (one of my pet peeves as a new/young homeowner). Plus they even like dogs :) Thanks Baker Chimney for making our home safer!
