Brought our truck in for a new transmission. After 11 days of hearing excuses on why there was a delay, finally we were told the truck was ready. Called prior to picking up to ensure it was ready. Got to the dealership and no one knew what was going on. Was told the truck is still being worked on. My husband then went looking for the truck and found it still parked out back. I've been treated like a customer. This is a rare find nowadays. Most dealerships are scammers and crabby people, treating their customers like an inconvenience. This dealership honestly cares about their customer, being kind, helpful and fixing issues with vehicles. I highly recommend them.

I dropped my car off for almost 3 weeks due to waiting on one part, but they gave me my car back still broken. And instead of being put to the front of the line to get it further repaired, I just had to drive my busted car home and can only drive like a mile at a time until next week when they can get me in. Don’t even bother asking about a loaner car either. They never have any available. I pay way too much to be treated like this! DO NOT GO HERE!
