Thank God this is not our regular Dr office. Had to go here for a “quick” visit just to get a height and weight for my child the morning of her surgery. After an hour and a half of waiting, the Dr came and did what he needed to do which took about 5 seconds. I was pretty pissed. Let’s just say the entire surgical procedure at the hospital took less time than the wait at this office. Ridiculous!
Dr. Haas is an excellent primary care physician. She is approachable, knowledgeable, and actually listens. I felt comfortable asking questions and left feeling confident about my care. She takes care of several family members and we are all very thankful for her!!! I also appreciate Caroline the lab tech as she is very skilled and has a pleasant attitude.
Very pleased over all with this office. I have a little one who needed blood work and Caroline was amazing. He is a harder stick. Even at the children’s hospital he had to be stuck three times to get the draw, but Caroline at the bakers center, she’s gotten him first try, every time. And no tears. Truly a godsend! Very thankful for this office and staff!
Caroline can draw blood without you even knowing it’s happening. What a pro!
Save yourself time and a headache and just drive to Boone or Johnson City. I promise you will be glad you did.
