An excellent experience! Kind, professional people from the receptionist, nurse, my NP, and the lab tech.
Great patient communication. My son gave me a scare with a huge sudden drop in his body temperature. I called and spoke with Jessica, the triage nurse. She spoke with my son on the phone. She instructed him how to properly take his temp, asked his symptoms and advised him what to do. He had never been a patient there. She was very attentive, calming and pleasant. Above and beyond what I would have expected!

Been going here on and off for few years now as needed when stuff popped up was always convenient to be able to get same day appointments and staff were generally helpful. Unfortunately since UNCs take over the cost (Getting billed for things never did in past as well as they are coding things oddly to make more profit) and level of care has dropped substantially so after 2 poor visits time to look for somewhere else, will not make mistake of continuing to go here.
I'm giving 3 stars rather than 1 because Jayne is the best and I'm very grateful to have her as my provider. Unfortunately, a few months ago when I needed lab work done, I was told I could do it on site at the baker center. When I arrived, I was told their lab was closed and to just pop over to Cannon for lab work. Nobody at the Baker Center warned me about how expensive it would be to do that- $450.
