Best builders on Colorado
Wanted to hire local (Frederick) so had someone come to get a quote for a HUGE Project. We told him what we're wanting so he took some measurements. He said it would take a couple weeks to get the quote. Well 2 weeks came and went so he basically ghosted us. Can't imagine that's good for business. Oh well, Dun-Rite got our $80,000+ and we have an absolutely gorgeous remodel almost complete! Thanks Dun-Rite 10/10!! We will be recommending them to all our neighbors and friends! Guess sometimes LOCAL business is BAD business!!
Owner is a male shovenist in my opinion .the people who work for him are good people as far as the managers of the projects.they use sub contractors for their work.we made a mistake and paid our final bill with the wrong checking account wich made the check bounce and paid in full the same day. They low bid their project and sock it to you on final bill.take caution when thinking about using this company.owner does not apreshate your buisness and will bash you for a minor mistake.
I cannot begin to to say how completely satisfied we are with the basement finish job they did for us. The guys performed in a very professional and high quality manner. We had a few unrelated change orders that needed addressed and without hesitation they were done in a very high quality fashion.
