We had a very good experience with Baker Builders on a basement finish project. Although I already had two other reasonable bids, I committed to Baker after their estimator Nick had the entire basement plan laid out on his computer within the first hour of his visit for us to discuss and tweak. They use technology wisely to bid, manage and communicate. They gave me portal access to see daily progress, with current pictures, schedule and scope. Best builders on Colorado 👌
Wanted to hire local (Frederick) so had someone come to get a quote for a HUGE Project. We told him what we're wanting so he took some measurements. He said it would take a couple weeks to get the quote. Well 2 weeks came and went so he basically ghosted us. Can't imagine that's good for business. Oh well, Dun-Rite got our $80,000+ and we have an absolutely gorgeous remodel almost complete! Thanks Dun-Rite 10/10!! We will be recommending them to all our neighbors and friends! Guess sometimes LOCAL business is BAD business!!
