Very courteous, even though I was late for my appointment they did not make me wait. I've been shopping online for a new truck, and this was my 1st in person Experience. I was very pleased.

Wonderful people
The most dreadful experience I have ever had at a car dealership. This car was absolutely wrecked inside and out and I could see thread in the tires. The salesmen that I dealt with were rude and uninformed. They told me that I needed to overlook the fact that I could see metal through the carpet because it was so thread-bare, uhhh not for $44,000!!

The truck was priced incorrectly and a salesman named Patrick misrepresented himself as a sales manager. He poorly handled the situation. I will never do business with Baker GMC!
