John and his crew were extremely professional and knowledgeable. The job ended up being a bit more than was planned for, but they still were able to complete the job within the specified time. John also took the time to fix my fireplace damper, which was out of the scope of the job. We are very thankful for his kindness and expertise. I would recommend John to any of my friends and family as his work was awesome!
This Company Baker brick and block work is a great company they will work with you on a budget they will do it they only have to do necessary to complete the job they don't scare you and go down and say you need this this this and this and it's $10,000 if you need a liner they will help you to get it paid for with your insurance company or if it was hit by lightning the insurance company a lot of people talk about John but a lot of it is not true the man has been doing this for 35 years and he has very very good help it been... read more
I think that Baker brick and block work is a wonderful company they work on people's budgets the courteous they get the job done and they don't fool around they're very respectable people they do a lot in the city of Manchester for volunteers and Concord area I believe they are wonderful company
This fall when I turned on the heat our carbon monoxide detectors went off. I called my plumber who came with a carbon monoxide detector to inspect. The plumber told me that the appliances, boiler and hot water heater, were fine, but the chimney was blocked. I called John Baker of Baker Brick & Block to unblock the chimney. He came and did work in Feb and it looked good but about a week later the color washed out. when called about it he was sure it was just that it was to cold and wet and the color didn't set correctly, he promised that he would be back in the spring when it warmed up to fix it and then collect his equipment he had left. Spring came and went with promises of coming back in the next week or two.
