We had a problem with Economy Rental the day we arrived in Charleston. It was December 26, and none of the major rental car companies had any cars available. Fortunately, we found Baker Automotive right next to the Hilton Homewood Suites where we were staying. They followed up quickly and rented us an amazing Infiniti Q50 at a fair market rate. The car was great, and the overall experience was far better than anything we’ve had with a national rental service. Highly recommend!
Anthony and Kirsten were amazing to work with! We were stranded on I95 and couldn’t find an uber or rental car anywhere around. I’m an Enterprise Plus member and after hours of conversations with every location close to us, there were no available rentals. Kirsten came and picked us up and brought us to the Mercedes Benz- Baker Automotive Rentals. We were leaving in a rental car within a few minutes.
